Sid Drmay

It's official! The Open Hardware 2026 Talks and Workshops schedule for Berlin, Germany are up!

We are overjoyed to have received over 240 submissions for this year's Summit, so many that we had a truly difficult time figuring out how much we could fit in and where it would go. A huge thank you to our incredible team of 38 reviewers who took the time to go through submissions and help us sort through and evaluate the proposals.

This year is going to be incredible! We've got presenters who can speak to vast fields of research from knitting, to opera, to household objects the talks lineup is sure to have something that catches your interest. Plus a few that might just surprise you!

The workshop lineup is filled to the brim with amazing opportunities to explore OSHW in so many different ways through solar power, natural dyes, moths and more! Make sure you register for your picks early because they will fill up fast.

We still have a lot of coming for this year so keep your eyes peeled for more updates as we finalize the socials, exhibitions and performances! We're especially excited to for the return of Open Source Open Mic and seeing all the ways yall can make OSHW the start of the Summit.

Don't forget to grab your Summit tickets and plan your OHS2026 experience!
